MWB owns and operates 26 Malmaison and Hotel du Vin hotels across the UK. A further 2 hotels are under development. Malmaison and Hotel du Vin are recognised as one of the UK's leading lifestyle hotel groups with over 1,900 bedrooms across the UK.

Through its 72.3% owned subsidiary, MWB Business Exchange Plc, MWB controls and operates 71 serviced office centres in the UK’s major cities. Each centre is equipped with the latest in IT and telecoms, creating instant offices – both real and virtual. The shares of MWB Business Exchange Plc are quoted on AIM.

Until its disposal in June 2010, the group also owned and operated Liberty Plc including its flagship store.
