CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
The Board fully supports the principles of good governance and has a policy of seeking to comply with established best practice in the field of corporate governance and remuneration policy.
Our corporate governance principals and remuneration policies are set forth in the "Corporate Governance" and the "Group Remuneration Policies" sections of the Report of Directors in the Report and Financial Statements for the eighteen months ended 30 June 2011.
We believe that our corporate governance framework effectively addresses the requirements of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance appended to the United Kingdom Listing Authority's listing rules, as well as our own vision of good governance.
