GROUP HISTORY & CORPORATE TIMELINE

The Group Companies that form MWB Group Holdings Plc were established in 1994 by the existing Executive Team. The Group obtained a public listing by its reversal into the listed Ex-Lands Properties Plc in June 1997.

Since then, the Group has operated and managed many high profile property developments and corporate joint ventures. It is now focused on its two core operating businesses of Malmaison & Hotel du Vin and MWB Business Exchange Plc.

The Group's speciality is the creation of a range of property and property related activities, whilst at the same time enhancing earnings through service delivery and management capability, to produce enhanced rates of return for its shareholders.

2011


MWB Group Holdings Plc now comprises:

  • MWB Business Exchange Plc - 66 serviced offices and nearly 20,000 workstations
  • Malmaison and Hotel du Vin - 26 boutique hotels and restaurants
    - 5 sale and leasebacks
    - 2 new Bistro Du Vin

2010

2008


MWB Group Holdings Plc established as new holding company through a “Scheme of Arrangement”

MWB Business Exchange Plc floated on AIM
