Where the needs of the Group change, or an individual’s capability becomes different from those required by the Group, Senior Management would endeavour to amend working practices to accommodate all existing employees. Where this is not possible, separate arrangements are made to ensure that employees who are departing the Group are fairly treated, both financially and in providing assistance to them in finding alternative employment.
