MWB owns and operates 26 Malmaison and Hotel du Vin hotels across the UK. A further 2 hotels are being held for development. Malmaison and Hotel du Vin are recognised as the UK's leading lifestyle hotel group with 1,904 bedrooms across the UK. The gross value of these hotel property assets in the Group's Year end Financial Report at 31 December 2009 was £483 million.
Through its 71.8% owned listed subsidiary, MWB Business Exchange Plc, MWB controls and operates 73 serviced office centres in the UK’s major cities. The shares of MWB Business Exchange Plc are quoted on AIM. Each centre is equipped with the latest in IT and telecoms, creating instant offices – both real and virtual. The market capitalisation of MWB Business Exchange Plc in its year end Financial Report at 31 December 2009 was £48 million.
Until its disposal in June 2010, the Group also owned and operated the AIM quoted retailer, Liberty Plc.
