The gross value of these hotel property assets in the Group's Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2008 was £493 million.
Through its 71.5% owned listed subsidiary, MWB Business Exchange Plc, MWB controls and operates 55 serviced office centres in the UK’s major cities. The shares of MWB Business Exchange Plc are quoted on AIM. Each centre is equipped with the latest in IT and telecoms, creating instant offices – both real and virtual. The market capitalisation of MWB Business Exchange Plc in its Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2008 was £40 million.
The Group also controls and operates Liberty on London’s Regent Street, whose shares are quoted on AIM.
