MWB owns and operates 22 Malmaison and Hotel du Vin hotels across the UK. A further 4 hotels are under development and it is planned to increase the number of operating hotels to 30 by the end of 2009. Malmaison and Hotel du Vin are recognised as the UK's leading lifestyle hotel group with nearly 1,700 bedrooms across the UK. The gross value of these hotel property assets in the Group's latest published accounts to 31 December 2007 was £529 million.

Through its 68% owned listed subsidiary, MWB Business Exchange Plc, MWB controls and operates 57 serviced office centres in the UK’s major cities. The shares of MWB Business Exchange Plc are quoted on AIM. Each centre is equipped with the latest in IT and telecoms, creating instant offices – both real and virtual. The market capitalisation of MWB Business Exchange Plc at the date of its latest Annual Financial Statements to 31 December 2007 was £76 million.

The Group also controls and operates Liberty on London’s Regent Street, whose shares are quoted on AIM. This is a highly innovative store which combines quality and design in a broad range of clothes and luxury goods. Turnover in the year ended 31 December 2007 was £47 million, continuing the increase over previous years. The market capitalisation of Liberty at the date of its latest Annual Financial Statements to 31 December 2007 was £70 million.
